​1. Meditation & centering / 2. Breathing exercises (Pranayama)

3. Hands-on assisting and verbal instruction .

4. Asanas or Yoga postures to work on specific area previously discussed.

5. Review of progress and challenges during and/0r last and/or previous session.

How our Yoga Sessions are designed?

Yoga Heals Now would like to make your yoga experience as effective and enjoyable as possible .​

Our class are designed and tailored according with your physical goals and in order to heal any chronic pain, or work in any depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, breathing difficulty and other challenges you might encounter in your daily life. Our classes will help you to overcome current limitations and pain in order to live a fulfilling life.

Private session will include:
1. Meditation & centering / 2. Breathing exercises (Pranayama)

3. Hands-on assisting and verbal instruction .

4. Asanas or Yoga postures to work on specific area previously discussed.

5. Review of progress and challenges during and/0r last and/or previous session.

Cost per couple: 70 per 1 hr 1/2(90 min) Individual:$45 1 hr 1/2(90 min)
Assessment Form must be fill out prior to 1st class.

Additional services: We offer Corporate, Groups , references available.
